Welcome to our FAQ, where we’ve broken down some common updates and questions regarding our most recent releases. If you've ordered from any of the following collections, here's a general update on your order status:
If you have any further questions, please reach out to us. Please note that our customer service will be closed for the holiday from December 23 to December 27, and again from December 28 to January 6. We will do our best to respond during these periods, but please understand that response times may be slower than usual. Our adjusted response timeline will be within 4-5 business days. Once we return, our normal customer service hours will resume.

Madvillain Collection:
All products have shipped, except for the Super7 supersize figures, which are currently shipping and/or en route to their final destinations. If you ordered one, you should receive it within the next 8-10 business days.
MM..Food 20-Year Anniversary Orders:
All orders have been processed, except for some of our soft goods, which are expected to ship within the next 4-5 business days. While we cannot guarantee arrival before the holiday, we are closely monitoring these products and expect timely delivery. We appreciate your patience with this launch.
Operation Doomsday 2024 Products:
These items are expected to land in our warehouse within the next 3-4 business days and will begin shipping upon arrival. Please note that these products will arrive after the holiday due to increased shipping volumes. If you do not receive your items by the second week of January, please let us know.
Exclusive Kookies 7" Orders:
These products are set to ship by the end of this week, with an expected arrival time of 4-5 business days after shipment.
Black Friday Mystery Boxes:
For those who ordered Black Friday mystery boxes (apparel, accessories, and music), please note that these are non-refundable and were curated with the best customer experience in mind. The items in the boxes are exclusive to our online store, and once they sell out, they will no longer be available.
Canadian Customers:
We wanted to update you regarding the postal strike in Canada, as the current backlog they are working through is causing widespread shipping delays. Unfortunately, these disruptions have impacted delivery times. This includes American carriers such as UPS & USPS whom hand packages off to local Canadien delivery services. At this moment, we are unable to guarantee delivery in time for the holidays and it may be several weeks before you can expect to see further movement of your package.
For the most current information regarding the strike, we recommend reaching out to your local postal authorities, as our visibility is limited to updates shared by our shipping partners.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
Delay in Delivery (United States)
Unfortunately we are unable to track your package beyond the information which can be obtained via the tracking number (excluding some priority services).
What we would recommend doing is reaching out to the postal service -- they should have more information as to the whereabouts of your package, and the process from here.
Delay in Delivery (International)
Unfortunately the only information available to us is the information that can be obtained via the tracking number (excluding some priority services). UPS and USPS directs us back to the tracking number.
For reference: Mail Innovations (UPS) and First Class Package International (USPS) aren’t a day-definite service. So we are unable to open an inquiry with the carriers.
What we would recommend doing is reaching out to your nearest post office / customs office to inquire about the whereabouts of your package, and the process from here. They are likely to have more information than we do. Please keep in mind, international packages are very often delayed and can sometimes take several weeks to clear certain destinations.

Please include a note stating your order number and that you would like it refunded. As long as its in its original condition (i.e. unwashed, unopened, and undamaged), we will issue a refund upon its arrival.
For exchanges: you can place a new order for the item you would like. Please note: the sooner this order is placed the better -- otherwise we run the risk of the item you want going out of stock before we actually get your return.
